Terms of Service

2. Eligibility

The App is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the App only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your Android device for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App or its content, except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as allowed by law.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the App or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, our servers, or the networks connected to them.
• Edit, tamper with, or falsify saved game data, or exploit bugs for unintended benefit.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App, or use it for any commercial purpose.
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, artwork, characters, text, design, code, sounds, and gameplay, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of any part of the App. If you send us feedback or ideas, you agree that we may use them freely, without obligation or compensation to you.

6. Game Progress, Virtual Items, and Future Paid Features

Your game progress, including scores, stamps, milestones, and visual themes, is stored locally on your device. It has no cash value, and it cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to others. If you clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or change devices, your progress may be lost, and we cannot restore it.

We may add paid features in the future, such as in-app purchases or subscriptions. If we do, they will be offered through Google Play, and these additional terms will apply:

• Prices, billing, renewals, and cancellation will be shown at the time of purchase and handled by Google Play under its own terms.
• Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policies.
• Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, and have no real-world value.
• We may update these Terms and our other policies before such features become available.

7. Updates and Changes to the App

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. Some updates may be required for the App to keep working. We are not liable to you for any such change.

8. Google Play

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, and not with Google. Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the App or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that saved progress will never be lost.

Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (US $50), whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made available through the App or its Google Play listing. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
