2. Information We Handle

2.1 Game data stored on your device

To save your progress, the App stores a small amount of data in local storage on your device. This may include your best score, stamps earned, orders served, milestone progress, selected visual theme, sound preference, and the date of your last daily menu bonus.

This data stays on your device. We do not receive it, and it is not linked to your name or identity. It is not synced between devices.

2.2 Information you send to us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond to you and to improve the App.

2.3 Technical information

The App may load its game content from our web servers. Like most online services, our servers and hosting provider may automatically record technical information when content is requested, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, and the date and time of the request. We use this information only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App.

2.4 Information we do not ask for

The App does not require you to create an account, and it does not ask for your name, contact list, precise location, photos, camera, or microphone.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App.
• To save and restore your game progress on your device.
• To respond to support requests and messages.
• To detect, prevent, and fix technical problems, abuse, and security issues.
• To improve gameplay and the overall experience.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run the App, such as web hosting providers, who may process technical information on our behalf and only for that purpose.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, legal process, or a valid request from public authorities, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, us, or others.
• Business changes. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Google Play and Future Features

The App is distributed through Google Play. Google processes information about your download and use of the App under its own privacy policy, which applies to your use of Google Play.

If we introduce new features that change how information is collected or used, including features that involve payments, we will update this policy and our Google Play disclosures before those features become available. Payment details, where applicable, would be handled by Google Play's payment system rather than stored by us.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Game data on your device remains until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. To clear it, open your Android Settings, go to Apps, select Paul Sushi, then Storage, and choose Clear data.
• Emails and support messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal or business record-keeping needs.
• Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, and then deleted or anonymized.

Because we do not operate user accounts, there is no account to delete. To ask us to delete any personal information we hold, such as an email you sent us, contact us using the details below.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

California residents. Under California privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

EEA, UK, and similar regions. Where applicable, we process information based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, or on your consent where required. You may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) when the App loads content from our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. International Users

We are based in the United States. If you use the App from another country, information such as server logs may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your region.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made available through the App or its Google Play listing. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
