The Story of Paul Sushi

Paul runs a tiny sushi counter tucked between a bakery and a flower stall. There are only a handful of seats, but the little paper tickets never stop coming.

Every order is a small puzzle. Pick the rice, choose the wrap, add the filling, and finish with one last touch. Get it right, and a stranger walks away smiling.

Paul Sushi is our way of sharing that little kitchen with you. There is no pressure to be perfect. Just a warm counter, a fresh ticket, and something good to make.
